I am starting a network of blogs that I will be hosting for free so I am looking for wordpress themes that do not rely to much on plugins to work! I dont want themes that need photoshop to edit the banners as bloggers will not have ftp or cpanel so its a MUST that they can change the title of the in the admin area. Im looking for anything in any niche! I already have 50 blogs and I want to extend to 300 so thats good coverage for your footer links

Ok the basic are Need a Good Glossy / Glass looking site.. some main things is Animated high quality speaker.. Neon/Glow nav bar black/or clear ish with blue font then under nav bar half page spot light for dj/meaber then on other side news.. then under that small chat area.. then the footer on nave bar would be home then Dj’s then playlist then about then contact the djs would just be spot on left with picture then right of that about me/ bio..Need some type admin panel to ad and change that info.. so i can add more the section for those border be a glowing / neon type the playlist page would just be a spot that some how shows what the stream has played the about me just simple thing with my pic on left and bio about me or the site the contact would be simple contact page they put email name and whatever info they want to ask and send me an email or send me it to me in the admin panel..
