[WTB] Problem With Facebook Like Button On WordPress ($5 Reward)

Hey, I have a wordpress blog and I’ve tried several Facebook Like plugins with it and every single one does the same thing and I wonder if it’s because of my theme or some other reason… What happens is that when people click ‘Like’ on a post, it posts to their newsfeed that they like my site name instead of the post name and it links to my main page instead of the post’s page. It also adds 1 to the amount of likes on each posts so if you click ‘Like’ on one of the posts, you’ve effectively clicked Like on all of them. I would like to fix this so that when someone clicks Like on one of my posts, it posts the post name and links to the individual post in the newsfeed. If you can help me fix this WITHOUT changing my Wordpress Theme, I will pay you $5 Paypal after it’s working correctly. I hope someone can help me fix this in the next few hours.
