so i tried to make a new adsense account and they accepted it but i didn’t get a welcome msg then after i made $10 i got no pin code or no msg to select payment method so the thing is i need someone a pro to make a one for me i don’t think the country matters i asked about that and it dosn’t matter so i’ll pay any one to make a one for me and this one must get a welcome msg otherwise i wont accept it so if you can pm me and tell me your offer and i’ll give you the details.
